Recently we successfully completed, on behalf of the owner, the sale of the Burrell Showman's Engine "Star" and "Vanguard". We are therefore pleased to announce that we can now offer a bespoke service to assist owners with the sale of their traction engines.
Full Appraisal
At a time and date convenient with you a representative from BerryBrook Steam will visit your premises to carry out a full appraisal of the engine you wish to sell
- A valuation will be provided based on the engine's condition and a sale price
- A complete portfolio of photographs will be taken to compliment the marketing of the vehicle
History
Research will be carried out into the vehicle history and along with information from you, a full History file will be compiled by ourselves to show to prospective purchasers.
Enquires
All enquiries from prospective purchasers will be handled by the BerryBrook Steam Team and appointments arranged with you for viewing by the customer. We will regularly keep you up to date with all inquiries and interest being shown.
Advertising
The engine will be advertised on this website with full details including the history and photographs. Other forms of media advertising may be recommended as required.
Sale
All negotiations with you and prospective purchasers will be dealt with in a strictly confidential manner right through to the completion of the sale. On the completion of the sale commission will be charged at the rate agreed at the time of the initial valuation of the engine.
