Another of the very popular Plastow designed Burrell agricultural engines in 3" scale. We have known this engine for some years and it has always been a good performer. Construction is of a good standard throughout and still has good paintwork. Silver soldered copper boiler with expanded in copper tubes and copper firebox. Single cylinder with Stephensons valve gear and pole reverser on the footplate. Boiler feed by crankshaft driven water pump with by-pass and injector. The wheels are fitted with rubber tyres for a more comfortable ride on and off the rallyfield. A nice starter engine in this size and all ready for the season.
