Looks like a good fun project and a way to increase their value.
If I find a knacked one and have the time I might have a look into doing something like that

yeh- they are really well done! I would say that to buy the lorry would cost about £70, and he has converted it into a low loader, which I would value at a good £350-£400... pretty hefty profit!!!

Indeed well worth a little whole of machining and painting the parts
