Offered for sale on behalf a customer, we have here a restoration project for the winter!
Of unknown origin, this is a generating kit fitted with a Douglas (of motorcycle fame) engine. Parts, including two dynamos and the box, are included with the project however parts not photographed are not present. It is suspected to be of WW2 origin given the style and finish of the engine and framework. A fascinating piece which would make for a satisfying and relatively inexpensive project.
